Two questions. First has anyone put shorter handlebars on a KTM 690 duke? Second is an Akrapovic or similar system or slip on Worth the money from a performance standpoint?
Dunno about that hey. My 2013 690 SMCR sounded like a sewing machine. Put a filter and Akra slip on on after 1000km service and it was way different. Unless the filter makes that much more difference over a slip on?

Slip on you will most definitely feel a difference
Performance standpoint? Not really. Shaves a little weight, sounds cool, looks cool.
