Long thick chain through the back wheel and frame. Other end round a lamp post or other immovable object
Turn handle bars to the left and turn key into lock position. It prevents the grom from going straight. That at least makes it harder far thief to run off with your grom. You would have to carry the grom into a vehicle to steal it
