What does that equate to? I’m 5’11 – 32″ inseam. Would it fit me?

Question

Question. I was looking at a used cannondale silk 400 bike online. I asked what the size was and he told me this: 35″ to top of crossbar and 70″ tire to tire. I didn’t see anything that told me what it was online.

What does that equate to? I’m 5’11 – 32″ inseam. Would it fit me?

I just don't know what he means by the measurements. I've not heard it that way so I don't know the equivalent

Seems like his measure is from floor to top of top tube. Otherwise known as standover but that's really tall

Depending on the frame geometry you would be about 56cm to 58cm bike. I would start at 56cm watching how your torso and back fit as well as your stance and petal arm length 170mm to 175mm is standard.

The size should be labeled on the bike
