I think I’m gonna pull the trigger on a hd10 this week

Question

I think I’m gonna pull the trigger on a hd10 this week. I found a sweet deal on a leftover 2016 Camo model. Has anything changed on them from 2016 to 2018 models?

Most of the 16 models have a 3 year factory warranty that starts the the day you buy it

Non xt and down will not have an adjustable front seat for the driver. Other than that, maybe some storage boxes, but always can buy them later

The visco lock and the transmission have changed since the 2016. Both have have been fixed without a question on warranty. But I'm not sure what will happen if it breaks after the warranty period.
The transmission started to ratchet going into gear. And the visco lock fails, giving a large vibration while turning. The diff required to be replaced because the new visco lock does not fit in the 2016 case.
Then obviously the shifter/primary bearing recall.
A bit different wiring harness. The 2016 fuse panel is up above the radiator. The new ones are split with a panel above the radiator and down with the battery.
That's all I can think of at the moment.

Ya I was just wondering about mechanical cosmetic and Interior. I think it's just base model Camo dps which all hd10s are dps right

Kyle Hains? I know some of the 18 models have the true locker up front. Don't think there's any power changes or cosmetic. Just 2 more models for 18' the XMR, and XTP
