Best Oil For FZ-07 Yamaha

I know this question has probably been asked but what oil do you guys recommend. I used mobile 1 4t in my last bike. Can this bike have the same?

    I used the Yamalube that the owners manual recommended.

    Rotella t6 for about 30k miles now.
